This note is just gorgeous. The pink color jumps off of the paper. Full borders and clean print clarity - the 63 Grade speaks for itself. A rarity 8 with skeletal plate letters obviously hand drawn. There is no condition census to this variety but Fricke's 2014 field manual only shows a XF-AU as the finest example. This note raises the bar by a LARGE margin.
