This endorsement is that of a civilian, S. W. Wight, compressor of cotton bales at Wilmington, North Carolina, and Savannah, Georgia. This note appears in the "civilian" category of Mike McNeil's new book - the last note in the book on pages 833 & 834 . 

It is one of the only two "Wight" endorsed notes known.
