This note has a lot going on. The printer has been erased. "On Auditors Warrant" has been erased. 1863 has been hand altered to 1864. The "with interest" statement has been stricken through but not erased. Instead of a "control" number at the upper right , " Int " has been written ( I have seen this only twice before. One fully written "Interest" and the other "Int" ) - supposedly that is to mean the note paid no interest. I have only seen two other notes even remotely similar to this and both were a $ 5.00 denomination - and a lot more expensive. VF.
