One of the "Great Rarities" collection. "Keatinge & Ball" facing in - "Reoeivable" misspelling - "FIVE" watermark.
PMG gives this an "F 15 - Choice" grade but I would not. There a small paper splits along the watermark. I would give it a Choice VG-F and it is cut cancelled.
There are around 10 known to exist and this is probably tied for 7th. This is serial number 14580 and is not on the current condition census.
