It is not listed on the current condition census. At Choice-Fine it places either # 3 or tied for # 3 on the CC. PMG is close to that grade with a slightly higher VF 25.
The red fiber paper on ANY T24 is a rare find. The last sale I find of this variety was in 2009. I do find two more recent sales in one of the auction house archives but they are typed wrong & neither is a true red fiber paper - one is plain paper and the other a TEN watermark.
You will be hard pressed to find this variety.
