Only two of these notes are known to exist - a Rarity 14. Obviously a printing error but a confusing one. To produce this 21st series it appears that the "1st" was printed over a 2nd series note. It seems very strange that the 2nd series plate would be used first. The serial number of this note is 4053 and the only other example has SN 4493. This note is the PF 11 pictured in Fricke's 2014 Field Edition. A F-VF, net F. Unfortunately the 6381 sticker on the reverse is affixed to the note.
