The "XX" medallion on this note has been lowered to the extent that it "overprints" half of the "A", all but the bottom bar of the "S" and all of the "R" in "for TREASR".
I'm a little confused. Surely it was not engraved that way.
It's rarity is unknown, but I can't find another. It does make an interesting complementary note to the PF 26 "For TEASR" note shown previously.
