There is no "of " between States & America. On the condition census, Fricke comments that the engraver forgot to engrave "of ". This note indicates that the missing "of" is actually plate damage.
According to the condition census, only six have ever been found. This is the sixth and only the third one in the last 45 years. One is in Thian's album at Duke University. Two others sold in 1979. I sold the 4th one in 2019. The fifth one is in my private collection.
This one is VG-F-cut cancelled and not on the condition census. SN 54163.
