This IS the T60 PF 17 pictured in the condition census. The condition census says this is serial number 20618. PMG says it is serial number 56418. I have to agree with PMG.
Wookey Hole Mill Watermarked - PMG 30 - hammer cancelled. The condition census shows 13 to exist with only 8 available to collectors as 5 are in museums. The condition census also states that this is the most readily found Wookey Hole Mill variety. I disagree, the condition census for the T41 PF4 Wookey lists at least 19 known.
