Really nice note. I would call it an AU.
The 2nd Series, 3rd Series and 4th Series varieties of the T59 Ptd by Evans & Cogswell are thought to be post-war forgeries of the series number to fool collectors. Another theory is that the series numbers are legitimate but they were quickly retired after theft of those series notes.
With serial number 59172, it is not on the current condition census but would be tied for 2nd place.
