No series with a wavy line CSA block watermark. One of the Great Rarities collection with reason. There are only four on the condition census and this makes number five. At VF-XF and not cancelled, this would place at # 3 on the CC list.
A comment - The condition census states that these have no series. There is the faint shadow of a 2 about the height of the E plen on this note. That same shadow exists in the scan of the PF9 in the condition census. Also faint parts of "Series" exist on the scans of the PF10 & PF11 in the condition census. Apparently the plates were re-used and the "series" was not completely eradicated.
