This is a counterfeit T39 and does not track to Thian. Specifically a CT-39/ 290B. Per one of the trainmen, the 290B was discovered by Robert Ares.
It is semi-unique. According to the powers that be on the subject, the T Sanford manuscript issuance is a forgery - and an almost perfect one. It is apparent in other examples of his signatures that Sanford was hurried. The forgery is just too perfect.
This note bears the first forgery of Sanford's manuscript issuance found to exist. There is one more known. I recently sold the second one for placement in an extensive counterfeit collection being assembled.
