This variety has a "Partial printer on left end " - plain paper. This example has part of only the base & vertical leg of one of the L's in Cogswell ( left click on the first obverse detail then run your cursor over the larger image. The "L" is near the base of the "T" in "The" ( The second obverse detail is from another note on this site - you can see that the base & leg of the first "L" in this second detail looks like the one in the first detail). This may not sound like much of a partial but some other known examples' partials just look like dots. There is also doubling of the 2 in "2nd Series". This note is AU due only to the trim. It is not currently on the condition census but at AU would hold first position.
