2nd Series - Engravers names above "Fundable". Has a robust & full J. Whatman 1862 watermark. Fricke's 2014 Field Edition shows this variety to be a Rarity 10. However only 6 reside in public hands + 2 more in museums - making the variety a Rarity 12. This is serial number 17799 - at F-VF, net F and not cancelled - it is # 4 on the current condition census. I am not sure why it ranks behind the cut-cancelled VF note at # 3.
