No engraver's names above the serial numbers - plain paper . SN 7242 which is not on the current condition census. Fricke's latest book shows this variety to be a Rarity 10 which is possibly a typo. To my knowledge only 9 are confirmed to exist which would make this variety a rarity 11. Sporting full borders this note is a VF and is not cancelled in any manner. As such it holds second place on the condition census as an AU58 sold recently.
